This database incorporates a wide range of information about these lncRNAs for further research. GreeNC aims to be a highly updated and maintained online database for the research of plant lncRNAs with future perspectives of adding new species and de-novo annotated transcripts with RNA-seq data besides of carrying out phylogenetic studies about this class of non-coding RNAs.
